Welcome, Ladies and Gentlemen, to the First Annual Duct Tape Boat Races!

  I don't really understand how this could float. That's probably why I'm not an engineer.

This unfortunate man's boat sunk within the first 10 seconds of the start of the race.

And he was still paddling.

Honestly, I enjoyed the car show more than the race. It made my dad feel nostalgic.

And it mad me wish I was rich.

My mum and my grandmother decided to pass on that part.

The Fog Walks on Little Cat Feet

I was looking out at the lake the other day. It had been raining all day and the water was covered in a layer of fog. 

There were spider webs with little droplets of dew clinging onto them.

It started to rain.

I've been in California for the past few days. I went to the beach yesterday, and it was quite picturesque. The photographs are of two of my friends, Michelle (curly-hair) and Rebecca (straight hair). As you can see, they're extremely photogenic.

It was a pretty great day.

Hey, Guess What? I Live on a LAKE!

So! Another yay! We've officially moved into the new house! 

As we were unpacking, I would glance out the window every so often and see the lake.

Brinkley now knows how to swim.

One of our friends brought his fishing pole on moving day.

I still can't believe we live here.

Yeah, we're all pretty happy.
