Happy Girls are the Prettiest

I've been in California for the past few days. I went to the beach yesterday, and it was quite picturesque. The photographs are of two of my friends, Michelle (curly-hair) and Rebecca (straight hair). As you can see, they're extremely photogenic.

It was a pretty great day.

Best. Birthday. Ever.

For my birthday, my dad got me a bunch of balloons while I was at a speech tournament and made everyone sing "Happy Birthday." While the birthday song was mortifying, the balloons made my day. Most of them were gone to cute little kids by the time I walked to the car.

After I got the balloons, my friends and I walked around the campus (we were at University of San Diego) and had a photoshoot. I took this picture of my friend, Gabe who happens to be a photographer. I went on Adobe and found this tool that can add lense flare. The result: hours of enjoyment.
